All leases begin on August 1st and end on July 15th. At this time, Sterling Quadrangle does not offer short-term leases.
Yes! Pets must be at least 1 year old. We do not have a weight limit.
Utilities (electricity and water) – billed monthly through Conservice
Reserved parking will be provided to all residents at an additional cost.
Yes! Each living room includes a couch, chair, coffee table, end table, Smart TV, and barstools. Bedrooms come with a full-size memory foam mattress, bed frame with 4 drawers, desk, and desk chair. Layouts and furniture may vary by floor plan.
Cocoa Beach and Daytona beach are about an hour away (60 miles). Orlando is aboutr 20 mins away (14.5 miles). Disney World and Universal Studios are about 30-25 mins away (25-30 miles)
5 mins from UCF (1.5 miles). Bus route TBD.
It’s a select group of UCF students who help bring Sterling Quadrangle to life through social content, campus involvement, events, connections, and referrals.
Ambassadors don’t necessarily have to be residents to help build the brand. If you’re interested in calling Sterling home, even better—tell us when you apply.
We’re looking beyond follower count. Strong content, authentic engagement, campus connections, personality, and influence within your circles all matter.
Ambassadors receive monthly compensation delivered via gift card. Specific details will be shared with selected ambassadors.
The ambassador program is currently structured as a one-year partnership.
Ambassadors should be prepared to consistently participate in content, events, referrals, and select meetings throughout the program. We know you’re a student first, so the program is designed to work alongside campus life.
