Amenities & Site Work

  • Flooring, millwork, countertops, wall finishes and furnishings are being installed in the leasing office and lobby.
  • Finishes are progressing in the fitness and yoga spaces.
  • Pool courtyard hardscape, pergola, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and landscaping installations are scheduled.
  • Sidewalk, irrigation and landscaping work will continue around the residential buildings.
  • The first parking garage elevator is scheduled to be installed.
  • Apartment interiors will continue progressing with paint, trim, cabinetry, countertops and flooring.

Nov 2026
Finishing Touches

  • The leasing office and lobby are scheduled for final completion and acceptance.
  • Fitness and yoga room furnishings, equipment and specialty finishes will be installed.
  • Landscaping, sidewalks and exterior improvements around Buildings 1 and 2 are scheduled for completion.
  • Pergolas, hardscape, plantings and outdoor features will continue in the residential courtyards.
  • The first parking garage elevator is scheduled to complete final finishes and testing.

Final Inspections

  • The fitness and yoga spaces are scheduled for completion.
  • The parking garage freight elevator is scheduled for completion.
  • Courtyard improvements for Buildings 2 and 3—including landscaping, hardscape and outdoor gathering areas—are scheduled for completion.
  • The covered exterior patio is expected to receive its furniture, millwork, tile and wall finishes.
  • The first groups of apartment homes will begin reaching final inspection and punch-list stages.
